A year ago I took the scariest step (in my mind) next to my decision to follow Jesus and get married to Luis…it was to go full time in my business as a photographer. 

I said I would do it, only if God was my business partner. With trembling steps  I have had to learn to live in a comfortably-uncomfortable position of constant growth. In a flurry of website jargon, research, lenses, coffee dates, weddings, baby, family and senior shoots, equipment research, lighting techniques, taxes, blogging, face-booking, organizing, receipts, appointments, business meetings (which often times turned into flustered discussions) with Luis, many hours with Mr. Mac, editing and let’s not forget picture taking.

The past year was one of the most difficult yet, one of the most rewarding. 

So I sit here with Mr. Mac and I ask you. What is your dream? What is that fear stopping you from that dream? What would it look like if you decided to stop letting that fear stop you?
